Intersite Asset Investments (SOC) is a state-owned company and wholly owned subsidiary of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), established to fulfil PRASA's secondary mandate of generating sustainable revenue by optimising and commercialising its extensive real estate portfolio.

Managing an investment portfolio exceeding R5 billion, Intersite drives long-term value through a focused Asset Management Strategy aimed at enhancing the financial performance, utilisation, and growth of PRASA's property assets.

Its mandate extends beyond revenue generation to supporting PRASA's broader transport and public service objectives – leveraging property, retail, and commercial opportunities to improve commuter experiences and create sustainable, future-focused economic impact across the rail network.
