Mr Don Luthando Saunders is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance, audit, risk management, and governance. He has held executive and partner-level positions within leading audit and professional services firms, most notably as Managing Partner and Director at Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo (Grant Thornton).

His professional background includes senior finance roles across both public and private sectors, including energy, manufacturing, higher education, and infrastructure-related entities. He has extensive experience working with boards, audit committees, and regulators, and has served in interim executive roles where financial stabilisation and governance strengthening were required.

Mr Saunders brings a strong ethical foundation, analytical rigour, and practical governance insight to board roles.
