Originally serving as a PRASA office facility, the seven-storey structure has been thoughtfully and sustainably transformed into modern student accommodation, offering 709 beds to meet the growing demand for quality housing in Johannesburg’s academic hub.
This visionary project reached completion in June 2025, marking a significant step forward in Intersite’s commitment to unlocking the value of its property portfolio while contributing to the revitalisation of inner-city precincts.
